So I had ear infections in both ears 3 weeks ago doctor looked in my ear and both my ear drums was red my right lot worse than other , I then got tinnitus in right ear for 1 week during this time with after antibodies went away, Now a week later I've had tinnitus come back but its now in my head not my ear and its a ocean sound still but lot louder.
When I hold my nose and blow my right ear sounds like there's air coming out it also like when you tune a radio that kind of noise and then the sound of what can be described as when you have a cold and your nose s blocked up and your try blow you nose and it makes that sound.
Do you guys think my Eustachian Tube could be still blocked or got ton re blocked, or do you think its a different issue

I am experiencing something similar with the sound of air coming out of my left ear.
Did you find out what it was?

I have experienced this and I think this reaction is quite common after an infection. My doctor told me at the time that some ear infections can cause stiffness in the internal ossicles of the organ and swelling in the structures, which reduces the ability of the ear to clearly identify external sounds, which generates this noise
He also said that the presence of secretion in the external ear canal can give the sensation of water in the ear and tinnitus.
In my case, this sensation was gradually reduced until it completely disappeared in about 2 weeks, but I still advise you to follow up with an ENT doctor.
