Odd back pain with unrelated paresthesias /numbness? Could it be injury?

So a quick recap:
Two days after visiting a "different" chiropractor than my normal one I developed paresthesias all over my body. This was on St Patty's Day. My doctor took about nine blood tests a few days later to check for an underlying cause. HIV, Hep, A1C, B12 and folate, all came back fine.
My back was in horrible shape shortly thereafter. (This condition has caused about a dozen ER visits and through the roof hypochondria.) I get random spine and rib,and back rib pain. CT scans on 4/16 showed mild herniations at L3-4, and L-4-5. I was in PT through April, but it only seemed to help for about the 24 hours following. The physical therapy place dropped me after the month of April, wanting to know more info about my condition before proceeding.
On April 25, I had an EMG on my left limbs where the paresthesias began. It was normal.
Finally on 5/15 I had brain, neck, and ful spine MRIs (without contrast.) I had a herniation at C6-7, and multilevel DDD in the neck, but nothing else major was found. An arachnoid cyst in the posterior fossa of my brain, measuring 2.7 cm X 3.7 cm was noted as "incidental."
A couple of intsances of hematopoietic marrow were found, one in the thoracic area and one in my lumbar, but no sign of injury or fracture.
My left leg has been numb down the front for months. I'm worried about the circulation there.
Finally I saw another neurologist and she doesn't think I have a neurological condition. I see a neuro spine specialist tomorrow.
As an aside,
Has anyone had tacyhcardia issues with spine issues? A cardiologist even had me wear a heart monitor for a week and found issues of sinus tach and one of SVT but recommended I seek anxiety treatment since he saw no evidence emy heart wasn't healthy following a bunch of EKGs.
The most worrisome things are the paresthesias, my left leg, and the back issues which seem to occur out of nowhere.
I've had numerous, numerous blood tests and show no sign of cancer or anything.
Anyone have any ideas? This has been ruining my life.

Wow! You have been through the wringer. That's a lot of tests to have done and pay for. LOL! There is a phenomenon that happens to a lot of people who have pain. You can have a problem that causes you to have pain, the problem that is causing your pain heals but your brain has been reprogrammed to believe that you are still in pain. It's a sucky thing and I don't know if there's any real true treatment for it. You will find tons of books about it and how their particular system works. It may be time for you to see a pain management specialist. The tingling and even the leg numbness sounds like it's all due to a pinched nerve or nerves. A lot of people have a pinched sciatic nerve but there are other nerves as well that can be pinched that will cause pain going down your leg or like in your case, numbness and tingling or even burning. You may get good results from an epidural injection in your lower back. I think the doctor will want to do an injection of steroids into those each bulging discs in your lower back and your neck. There are also two drugs on the market that can help with nerve issue. One is called Gabapentin AKA Neurontin. The other one is called pregabalin AKA Lyrica. Your pain management specialist will probably want to put you on one of these two to help with your conditions. Neuropathy can also happen when someone has diabetes and you did not mention if anyone tested your blood sugar. You should probably have that done just to rule that out, and it's a simple blood test. I have one question about your physical therapy. You said that when you go and only lasts about 24 hours. But you're supposed to be doing these exercises at home as well so are you doing them at home and if so are they not causing you relief in the same way they do when you go to the physical therapist? You could also purchase a TENS unit which works well for chronic pain. It's little patches that you put in the area of pain and it's plugged into a box and it sends stimulating electrical zaps. I get a great deal of pain relief from my TENS unit. Unfortunately the minute it stops my pain returns. I really hope you find some relief. I've had chronic lower back pain for 11 years and in the last couple of years I have had a couple of other diagnoses that also cause pain. So I live with a lot of pain and I'll tell you, I know pain! Hehehe
