Odd pain moving in testicles, i had nearly all test done any suggestions?

So first i had something like urinary tract infection, lot of frequent urinating, then it goes off... i p**s pretty normal but with little lesser amount than usual. Also they found microscopic blood in my urine. Now to the pain.. its odd...sometimes both testicles, sometimes right one, sometimes left one. It also goes on and off. Like for two months two weeks pain, two weeks im pain. Through this two months, like three times it moves to to head of penis .

Test i had done

I had CT scan for abdominal area, kidneys - nothing , ultrasound of belly, kidneys, testicles - nothing. Doc also check my prostate through psychical exam and ultrasound all seems normal. I had also cystoscopy done - all normal. Last test before me is urethral swab , but i need wait nearly another month. Im started becoming depressed what the hell is going on with me. someone with similiar problem?
