back in September when I lifted my tongue or moved food from my teeth, the underside of my tongue would hurt. At first I didn't see any cause for the issue. Last month i noticed this lump under it the lump itself doesn't hurt at all to touch, but it does hurt to lift
my tongue too high. I don't think it's a salivary stone as its not hard or white. Does anyone have any idea what this may be?
