Odd symptoms with SVTs

After wearing an event monitor, my doctor diagnosed me with SVT.  The "episodes" (as I call them) only last about 10 seconds or so with lightheadedness/dizziness, and they are not bothersome.  It's what happens immediately afterwards that is so disconcerting - very bad depression & sadness (NOT anxiety), headache, nausea, foggy-brain.  Anyone else experience this?  My doctor says he has never heard of these symptoms with an SVT.

I get symptoms after a SVT attack also.  I myself, get dizzy, lightheaded, tired and I just feel out of it for almost the rest of day.  So, I wouldn't say it's incommon.

It frightens me and the next day i feel wiped out and fed up with the whole business.   Its like a feeling of depression in a sense because you wonder when it will happen again, i got a bad run of them then a gap of a few months then it would start up again. I,ve had loads at night, i,ve just woken up with a feeling my heart has stopped and its off racing
