Odor

This is a weird situation. I am at home my family says no odor at all. I am doing temp work, they say I have a bad odor. I have talked to my doctor regarding this. He is putting me on Flagyl. I will fill this out today. My problem is I can't smell any odor. I have discharge as I wear those throw away under garments. This is embarrassing and I don't like going out any where.

    Flagyl usually does not work. Doctors just want to prescribe antibiotics. I have had this issue with foul odor for over a year now. I have tried EVERY medication my doctor has given me. Some helped for a day or two and it came back full force. The problem with antibiotics are they kill all bacteria even the good! Which is not good. I would suggest purchasing tea tree oil vaginal suppositories and use them at least 5 days a week (during the week when you work) or on the days you know you have to go around people. I know it’s so embarrassing :”( I haven’t been able to live life since having this. And I am so depressed... also I know some of my co workers have smelt it. But thankfully nobody says anything (at least not to me). I know it’s hard, probably one of the hardest things a woman can go through. I am hoping we find a cure to this! Good luck

      Thank you so much Laura. I will try anything right now. I am not getting full time assignments as hygiene is one of the areas written in the agreement that is such an easy way for employers to not hire peeps. I wish some one would talk to me then I would ask what does it smell like. No one talks they all whisper behind my back. I don't like that at all. Sad isn't it.

      Yes its very sad people are so disrespect especially when its something they don't understand but I feel ur pain. I've been dealing with this for 3 years now and the odor is horrible and very embarrassing

      Yes it is very embarrassing. Thank You so much I just can't believe peeps doing this. My family doesn't comment as my guess they don't smell it.

      My family is the same way but I know they smell it. I think they just don't wanna embarrass me or hurt my feelings

      Cindy I know your pain.  I know my coworker can smell me as well. No one has ever said anything to me but I know that they whisper and talk about me behind my back.  The smell is worst when my cycle is on.  I  used to walk to the back side of the  warehouse to use the restroom just so I wouldn’t run into anyone.    I  also find it hard to be sexually with my man. Because I’m worried he might smell me or he might make to smell worse.

    I have been having the oder for years. I wear small panty liners, and they seem to help a TINY bit. I am sorry are going through this.

      Thank You I guess I will just keep to myself as much as possible. Some one said to put a tiny drop of peppermint oil on the back of the panty liner. Does this help?

    Yes that does help, only a dot, or else the smell of peppermint is over powering. I would use tea tree oil instead of peppermint. Pantry liners seem to help me. Also, I tired a like warm bath (not hot) with two cups of organic apple cider vinegar, sat in it for about 25 minutes. And wrinse with cold water, this helped the odor to not be overbearing. Drink lots of water each day as well. And take live culture probiotics. I also bought tea tree oil vaginal suppositories to insert a few days a week to help with odor. I hope this helps!

    And for the tea tree oil it is usually sold in CVS or Walgreens. The suppositories have to be ordered online through amazon.
