Odourless Garlic tablets

Hi everyone
Sorry to be a pain and I know I only asked about Aloe vera juice the other day, and thanks for all my replies I am not going to go down that route.
My daughter was reading up on things the other day and says she has read good reports about odourless garlic tablets ( I eat garlic anyway). She says they have very good anti inflammatory properties - has anybody found this too be true?
I haven't seen any messages re this on the forum since I started earlier this year so I doubt they help but just thought I would ask.
Thanks for you help

Yes, garlic is anti-inflammatory. I didn't have the pills but did have fresh garlic each day (with the evening meal so as not to upset anyone!) The pills will obviously provide a more beneficial dose, but I believed in a little bit of all things anti-inflammatory each day, including beetroot, avocado, turmeric, plus oily fish about three times a week - if I missed the latter for more than a week I certainly noticed increasing discomfort.

A very strict vegan diet has been shown to improve joint pain in about half of rheumatoid arthritis patients - but only half and only while they remained in this VERY strict diet. Reintroduction of any animal protein led to the pain being back. It is all or nothing and is so strict it is quite difficult to adhere to for long.
You will see "nightshade-free", "gluten-free", "dairy-free", "alcohol-free" claims - I've tried some and it didn't make a blind bit of difference except to take away some of the small pleasures of life! Here the support on the part of rheumatologists is for only eating meat once a week.
But for the garlic pills - if they aren't too extortionately priced, try them and see what happens. Mind you - it all depends how much is in them - most of these things have such small amounts it isn't worth it. And some things work as the original veggy or herb but don't work as well as capsules. And if you DO try things - try them one at a time so you can say yes, that did something or no, that didn't. If you change a load of things at once you have no idea which was the right one if things improve.

Thanks for endorsing my own experience... Tried "nightshade-free", "gluten-free" "dairy-free" and "alcohol-free" just like you, and, just as with you, "it didn't make a blind bit of difference"
But I am mainly a vegetarian and eat chicken and fish only occasionally...
I suppose one of the reasons that helps is to keep my weight down, which takes the strain off the joints.
