Off and on chest and left side pain - EKG normal

Hello,

I've been having dull chest pains for the past two days. They seem to start in the afternoon or night, and it seems like they are accompanied by pains in my left arm occasionally. I do get dull aches in some other places (right side chest, right side foot), but the left arm/wrist seems to be happening more. A couple days ago I was feeling lightheaded along with these symptoms so I went to the ER. They monitored my heart for three hours and did a bunch of tests, and everything came back normal.

My assumption was maybe this was a combination of acid reflux, stress, and sleep deprivation. However, I've been getting more sleep and taking Prilosec and Pepto, and I still have symptoms.

I do have some minor sinus congestion. I haven't been clearing out my nose very much, but I have been taking Claritin and Flonase and I can breathe just fine

Any ideas? What should I do at this point? I have an appointment with my primary care doctor on Tuesday. I am 30 years old and in great physical health, though I've had to deal with a lot of stress in the last few months.
