Off the chart high ebv vca IgG antibodies

ive had different health issues over the last 3 years and couldnt figure out why one being enlarged lymphnodes in neck that dont hurt but dont go away either. My doctor did ebv blood test and my Early entigen both times its been check have be equivocal which is like borderline I guess. my lmg have been negative but my vca IgG and my ebna have both been off the chart high. is it normal for them to be that high and do they ever do down?
