Took matrizipane 30 mg for 1st time last night the only meds that helped me sleep. But awoke feeling really irritable fuzzy head and heart was racing. I'm going to take 15 mg tonight. The thing is when I go back to work it is shift work 4 days on 4 days off the 4 nights on. Can I take the dose at different times as I will need to sleep after a night shift?
