Often getting bumps on anus recently (pic included)

I've generally had issues with my backside, had a few years where it was incredibly itchy. Had a couple of doctors look at it and am generally just given a cream. I've done a worm test too and results were negative (last year). Recently I seem to have a prominent bump there that's sore and doesn't go away. Image on left is from December and right is from today. Not sure if it's the same bump getting bigger or that the old bump vanished and now I have a new one (or a swelling?). Just curious if anyone here has any ideas, I'm guessing haemorrhoids?

Looks just like mine but I have more and skin tags. In September I had a thrombosed hemorrhoid and anal fissure.  It wasn’t until recently that my itching came back. I had my hubby take pics of my bottom and it looks horrible. I fear that I’ll be in pain again and get my anal Fissure back. I don’t ever want to have to do surgery. Out of curiosity, what kind of cream did your doctor recommend?  Good luck. Itching is far better than pain!  😂

Exactly the same as me Adam, I use cannabis cream on them, it certainly cools them down. Don’t half get itchy at times. I’m thinking it’s piles as well.

Looks like piles or hemms I guess.. ask your doc for RectaSmooth, it’s a lidocaine cream n knocks the soreness right out.. wish I had this cream years ago.
