    i had a packet of seabrooks crisps last night and some chocolate :oops: sooo weak but had had the worst day ever, why are men such pains :cry:

    ah well off on a date tonight so will see how that goes!!!

    Hmmmm have also learnt not to over do the mayo on my salad today :shock:

    Would never of dared go out with someone like him if it wasnt for me feeling more confident after losing weightm, these pills have a lot to answer for!!
