Hi Renee .It feels better this AM . I am going to try to be very body aware today . Have not been taking pain medications so could be stuff I was experiencing but did not register as painful Will watch but very scary .

I'm starting to use my cane so there is no protection for the knee at this point. The PT states that my right lag is turning out on its side . I could see what she means . I used the cane today and can impart feel a pulling sensation to the back of the knee.I think the muscles may need to stretch . One day at a time .

I just did something called chair yoga that I looked up on you tube . I must admit You Tube has become my friend .First looked at exercises for my husband as he has been having lower back and gluteal pain .He did the exercises and is feeling so much better . He is sort of shocked . He then put in the "Chair Yoga " and we found that . I feel so much better ,just needed a chair ,got that feeling better . Don't want too stay down ,want to get back up . Did start with a cane yesterday ,did the hallway 2x so far, will do more during the evening . Thank you for your support .I have had kind of bad luck .Need better luck this time .
