Oily Stools and terrible flatulence

Hi,

I've always suffered with terrible flatulence but recently Ive noticed my stools are very oily too. Is this steatorreah? It really ruins my life, i dont eat lunch or breakfast any more because my flatulence is so bad and i always stink. i come into work and people do things like leave an air freshner hanging over my desk. i cant take it any more, the doctors Ive dealt with are completely disinterested. please help!
