Stephen, you say you felt dizzy/drunk after what is essentially 5mg (2 x 2.5mg)of this drug. Are you still having these problems, or do you feel OK now? Can I ask what you were prescribed it for?

hi I have extreme anxiety panic attack I dont

feel so dizzy now I just worried it has changed my brains chemstry

I feel like my mind is stressing out could it have damaged me

You didn't say what you were prescribed this drug for; if you were prescribed it for anxiety then it may be your underlying brain chemistry that is making you anxious, not whatever you perceive the drug has done.

Are you more anxious than before you took it or about the same?

I personally find it highly unlikely that 5mg has done any serious damage but again I'm not an expert. Make sure you are sleeping well and eating enough to support your brain getting better.

What other drugs, if any, are you taking?

After two weeks the drug is pretty much gone from your system.

You can't go back and change what is done so you should stop worrying about it; I can't really say anything else than that. Worrying is only going to make things worse.

Just believe that you have not done any damage and move on. If this does not help after a few days of doing this then post back here 😃
