Old blister on lower pubic area

Hello years ago I’m not really sure I had some either pimples or herpes on my pubic area that I kinda mangled and have some scar skin little buttons there which are unpleasant to look at, I’ve never had any other symptoms again or they have never returned like that time. Any options what they could have been and what’s my options to get rid of them, would it be considered cosmetic surgery to clear them out?
