Old people home Manager on cocaine what can I do ????

I know the manager of a old peoples home is addicted to cocaine and is doing it most nights I was just wondering if or how I could do something to stop this

    Contact CQC immediately. Do you have any evidence, definite proof as it could be just your word against another one person?

      It's my girlfriends dads miss the house is so run down they have 3 dogs that don't get walked so the house stinks one of the dogs has a skin problem but they won't take it to the vets and they both get on cocain maybe 4 nights a weeks I've seen her come back in at 11am the next day after a night out quick bath and straight to work what can I get or use as proof won't that just blood test her ?
