I take 1 olive leaf extract tablet every day. Not saying it helped but I have not had an ob in almost 2 years. I have never taken antiviral medication just olive leaf

No. You can take supplements and make other lifestyle changes that support your immune system and oftentimes reduce the frequency of outbreaks, but the best you can do is reduce the chance of spreading herpes, you cannot fully prevent the possibility of transmission, there will always be a chance.

No it does not stop transmission it helps with your immune system and maybe you out breaks may be less
