OLLIF procedure

Good Afternoon,

I am a disabled Paramedic do to Mutiple health issues however back in 2010 I had a Laminectomy after a work injury the surgery was a sucess until 2015 when i was injured again at work at that time i was recommend a two-level open fusion or another Laminectomy I declined the fusion and proceeded with the two-level Laminectomy three months out of post op the discs became herniated. I was forced to go on disability due to the providers not wanting to do the fusion because of my age at the time however I am still on the younger side from the insurance company approving the open fusion. So, I recently had a consult with a neurosurgeon, and he ordered updated imagining once he was able to review the studies, he recommends a three Level OLLIF procedure. i am looking for people that have had OLLIF I would like to know your thoughts on it and what to expect pre-op and post -op
