I'm 32 and US based. I recently noticed a small white Lacey patch in my cheek. I haven't got to have it looked at yet. I did internet reading and I am completely freaked out about getting cancer now. Dose it usually change or hurt if its turning into cancer? My currently doesn't hurt but I'm very aware it's there. please help.

So I ended up asking my dermatologist about it and she said its definitely OLP. She gave me the Daxa steroid mouth rinse since it's been burning a bit. Not sure if they are going to biopsy it yet. Dose everyone with Olp get biopsied on a regular basis?
