Ommitted entries in clincal records/Lloyd George wallet

Has anyone requested their medical records and found that entries or notes about GP visits in their clincal notes section or Lloyd George pack are incorrect or in fact not there? If so what or how did you resolve it?

I can't help with the resolution. My GP has two missing PSA readings but the local hospital has them. GP is investigating but the weeks roll by. So I too will be interested in the resolution.

This is downright dangerous and libellous in my case .I tried & tried & in end moved house because was so frightened my life may become shortened too soon .I even moved out of London - like many others. To find hospital appts not transferred despite sending information many times before making offer on house  & what had been put into action for disability treated with disdain.I have had to change GPs 3 x in last 2 yrs as a result to find GPs taking as truth the online medical record  not allowing second opinion even when go private. So they must know what is going on is not ethical as no longer take the hippocratic oath. They are ignoring main conditions treating differently because of my age & condition diagnose on a hunch?

      Hi skybluepink,

You really are up against it. There are two other powerful forces that may be in play. ONE  Medical professionals closing ranks against all others. This is a common human reaction be it family, tribe, regiment, nationality, please extend the list as you wish. TWO Prejudice for the insider, prejudice against the outsider. These are part of the basics of human nature.

      I wish I could help
