Hi Gareth, You are doing quite well to be able to reduce to 7.5 mg. I have been on 15 mg for over 20 years. Try CBDs for your sleep. They are expensive and help me to stay calm and sleep well. They're not addictive too. If you enjoy exercise, try jogging before bedtime. Good luck.

Cheers hope to taper off them completely 😁 in the next year. These tabs have my feelings numb and nothing I can do about them 😓 so pointless going for a run when you cant feel itv

Hi, yes my feelings numb and there is a sense of unreality due to olanzapine. Please be careful when tapering off, as my experience of reducing was horrific. Keep trying. Try 1.25 mg off per month or two. Wait for your body and mind to adjust to the new dose. Sure, I know exercise is difficult and the weight gain makes jogging hard.
