On and off dizziness all day, anyone else?

long time anxiety sufferer. It has been good for a while, but lately I have noticed myself getting very lightheaded. And I'm almost positive that it is anxiety and in my head because I notice when I am busy and distracted I'm not lightheaded or dizzy at all. It's only when I'm thinking about it and mostly when I am home bored alone. But it's very distracting and very frustrating, I feel like I'm on a boat and swaying constantly. It makes me nervous I'm going to fall or faint.

Anyone else having this problem and have any tips?

so many people get lightheaded or dizzy with anxiety. To help this it’s important to use proper breathing for anxiety. it will relax you as well as your brain. You can find some great breathing meditations for anxiety that are short on YouTube.

what I do is practice the breathing and I also listen to some meditations for anxiety to calm everything down from my head to my toes. The more you do this the less you will feel dizzy.

Make sure you get a complete physical exam at least once a year with your doctor. There are several things that can cause lightheadedness such as medication, supplements, low blood pressure, etc. make sure you get a complete physical exam at least once a year with your doctor. Glad i saw this, been feeling lightheaded on and off for weeks now. Which in turn causes me to panic and it makes it 10x worse.
