On and off I suffer from constipation. Not gone for any medication so far.

Is there any natural way to get cure. I am non-vegiterian.

    I'm a staunch advocate of colonic irrigation and believe most people over 40 years of age would benifit from a course of treatment. The 6 sessions I had cured so much and my wife, I'm sure, is still alive today because of having colonic irrigation!

    If you're interested I'll PM you link to a book called Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management by Bernard Jensen, very interesting!

    Look at your diet. Eat more fresh fruit and veg.

    Prunes are very good if you like them.

    Also look at how much you are exercising.
