    Hi Ralph,

Totally understand why you are feeilng this way, I'm amazed that you have been able to keep working through this - just be careful about overdoing things as that can have the opposite effect that you're looking for. I know it's hard though with life's pressures and stresses. Please do put your health first at the moment and make sure you get plenty of rest when you are able to.

You're doing all the right things taking Vitamin C and B complex, really hoping that helps. Siberian ginseng helped me also, as did a good strong multi-vitamin. I had a lymph nodes on one side of my neck that I had the same kind of bother with right throughout the virus, just want to reassure that this can be very normal and it does go away in time. Of course always worth getting checked with the doc for reassurance though if it's bothering you a lot.

Really hoping these aches and pains go away. I remember having one particular period where my joints in my knees and elbows really bothered me and I started getting some weird bruising and things. This was one of the lowest points for me but looking back I think that was actually my body's final push to kick out the virus as a few weeks after that I started to see a major turning point that I thought at one stage would never come.

Just want to remind you that there is hope and there IS fully recovery and life after this virus - I know it doesn't help when going through it right now, but it is normal for it to go on this length of time and make a full recovery. It took me about 9 months before seeing a real turning point, hoping that won't be as long for you and remember not to panic if full recovery doesn't come right away because it will come - and by far the first 5 months you have been through is the worst, the intensity will lessen from here and things will get easier.

Thinking of you and trusting God with your recovery - I believe you will get there without any doubt Ralph, no matter how hard it seems right now - just be kind to yourself and don't beat yourself up, better days are on the way.

That can be normal Farhan, the lymph nodes continued to bother me a bit even when I started to feel better, but this eventually goes too as time passes by - hang in there.
