coming up on 2 years total left knee replacement..I;m still having on and off stiffness..knee feels the best after getting off bike..Doctors think its fluid but need is really not swollen..Has anyone experienced this

I still get stiffness and nightly minor pain in my right TKR. Mine caused by an effusion, they say. I had both knees replaced two years ago. I'm living with it. I'm 65 and my body is slowing down. Aches, pains stiffness are all acceptable to me, considering the alternative.
