These are all normal startup effects. They will subside as days go by. I felt the same things you are. This forum will be of much help to you.

Hi Sarah, i am day 18 today and most of the effects went away around day 11/12. i still get the odd headache now and then but they are no way near as bad as last week! incouldnt get out of bed for hours because they were so severe. try and persevere with the tablets they will make a difference in the end! 😃

My side effects also started not on the first day, but like day3/4. Most of them have subsided for me. They're completely normal but no fun!

I'm on week 7 now and still experience some side effects mainly tiredness and some gut issues. My most severe side effects were insomnia, anxiety, no appetite and heavy gut issues. They relieved after 2-3 weeks.
