On Fluoxetine for 4 weeks, should I continue?

Need some encouragement, feeling really down as started Fluoxetine 20mg 4 weeks ago for Anxiety & OCD related to Emetophobia & also mild Depression :

1st week - Ok

2nd week - Nausea, loss of appetite, sleep disturbance

3rd week - Felt better, Nausea went, appetite & sleep returned but anxiety come back

4th week - Anxiety & Nausea back with tummy upset.

So I've been on now for 4 weeks & was starting to feel a bit better but now feel like I'm back to square one, actually feeling worse on these meds then I was before at the moment.

Should I continue, would like to hear from others as to whether Anxiety & Nausea can go for a while & then return around a month into the meds? thanks.

keep taking it..... i know the literature says 4-6 weeks to see improvement, but its more like 8-12 weeks for a lot of people..... for me it took close to 6 months to feel somewhat normal, and try to stay on the 20 mg dose for a good 3-4 months before you try upping the dose.... i feel like people go up too quickly and dont let the initial dose settle in..... prozac takes a good while to really get into your system, so just hang in there..... try some meditation, or walking or exercise, or talk therapy.....❤

Thanks for your reply, my side effects have been so bad lately though, terrible insomnia, no appetite, nausea & really depressed, don't know if I can keep going...
