Hello guys i hope you all doing good, I've been diagnosed with severe anxiety with clinical depression and panic disorder I suffer from anxiety since the beginning of my adult life I'm 24 now and i can say it's been years since i had a clear peace of mind...

Since i decided to get help wich was in the middle of the last year I've been on :

Sertraline 200mg

Clomipramine 150mg

Now on mianserin 'close medication to mirtrazapine' 30 mg

I no longer suffer from depression and intrusive thoughts that i was having 24/7 but i still get panic attacks constantly and i just don't know what to do anymore it's standing on my way to live a normal life even the easiest thing has became a challenge to me... I've tried clonazepam before and it really helped me but my doctor refuses to persecribe it to me instead I was on the weakest benzos out there bromazepam... here in my country they consider those medications as illegal drugs and I'm paying the price for that if you have any suggestions I'll be glad to hear them guys, i have to get through this for my family at least need to be there for them.

Thank you for taking the time to read and reply.

    Hi,

I also suffer chronic anxiety and depression and panic attacks (I had 5 last week)

Diazepam helps ease the panic within 15-20mins of onset but the best medication is self help, Online you will get the best advice on how to manage and minimise panic attacks.

A great site is getselfhelp. Co . Uk
