One foot hot and the other cold?

Hi guys, just recently I began experiencing one hot foot with slight tingling. After an hour it would even out only to happen again this time with the opposite foot. I'm 27 and don't drink or smoke. I eat a very healthy diet free from sugar and processed foods and don't drink caffine. The only condition I have is panic disorder. sometimes I take a 10mg beta blocker for that. I never had any unwanted side effects with that. I'm so puzzled to what this could be and appreciate any help? thanks
