One of those days

I tested positive a couple weeks ago for type 1 herpes (considered to be lucky) I have been positive about the situation. I think its always great to have someone with the same thing that you can talk to. Having someone there that can get you through the difficult times is one of the best if not the best thing you can have.

I know what you mean. I know this thing won't kill us, its just more of a psychological thing. It sucks to have but sh*t happens, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

I was also told when i got called from the lab with my results that i was super lucky to just have type 1 !

I think we are lucky, looking at the facts out there when it coems to the type we have, its really not bad at all!

True, I just haven't had my first outbreak yet. I guess I'm just more afraid than anything, waiting for it to happen.

Oh you havent had a first outbreak?

I mean you might not get an outbreak at all? I think its possible to have the virus and not outbreak.

Either way dont think about it or obsses i feel like that would only make matters worse or stress you out and maybe the stress and what not will cause you to have an outbreak

No outbreak that I'm aware of on my face. Appreciate it, I'll do my best on trying to focus on other things to keep busy.
