Menieres beating me up good today. One of those days when any movement makes it worse.

    So sorry to hear that. Having had two attacks of BPPV in my life I know just how rough vertigo can make you feel. But BPPV can be cured. I can only imagine how awful it must be to suffer the endless vertigo of Ménière's syndrome. You have all my sympathy. I hope tomorrow will be a better day for you.
