Did it hurt when you retracted? Were you able to retract easily after the first time?
If you're only 15, then it will probably fix itself though. If it doesn't, then gentle stretching will probably help, and you could also use a steroid cream if there are problems, but depending on which country you're in, you may need to see a doctor for that.

It won't retract fully on its own, although when your penis is erect, it may do so partially. Try pulling your foreskin back a couple of times a day, using lube or moisturiser, if it helps. It's a good idea anyway to retract as far as you can - comfortably and without any forcing - when you urinate. Your stream will be easier to aim straight.

I wouldn't put cooking oil anywhere near my genitals. Most moisturising creams would probably be ok though.

I have and it was fine - however, everyone's skin is different, so I know it's a risk!

That would help us tell you if it looks like there's anything unusual.

If you want to add a pic, you need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window btw. If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.
The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

But in the second pic ,the other side can be fully pulled up.

It looks like you have an "adhesion". If you'd never retracted at all till a month ago, then it may well just fix itself, possibly with gentle stretching (don't force it, don't rush it). If it's still there in a month or two, I'd see a doctor, and ask about using a steroid cream. Depending on which country you're in, you may be able to get a steroid cream without seeing a doctor, but I think I'd get it checked out.
These two links talk about topical steroids

If you do see a doctor, please let us know what they say.

Now I've seen the photos, unless you have pain or discomfort, I don't think you have a major problem. Both masturbation and intercourse shouldn't be a problem. It will probably resolve itself with time with gentle stretching. Pull back to urinate, and that will probably be enough for the foreskin to gradually free itself. You have a handsome fella there, so no partner is likely to have any problem when they see it.
