One singular pimple/cyst looking bump on my shaft.

This developed over the previous 2-3 months, i cant remember perfectly when it came up, but it grew from a smaller hard whitish bump, to bigger slightly more inflamed bump that also has some area on my penis off to the side red and tender just like the actual pearl. I can kinda make out a microscopic white head inside the bump.

Possible causes are, i use saliva and lotion to frequently masturbate and i dont wash it off until i shower, which mightve blocked my pores, and i continue to masturbate even with the bump which mightve further inflamed it. the last time i had sex was over 4 months ago, hopefully this isnt std related.

I tried using a hot compress but nothing happened... can anyone please help? 😂 Photo 1 is early july, the others are late july.

    But yeah, it started off as a tiny little hard white bump, and then it got bigger, probably after me choosing to continue to masturbate and irritate it when it was there, and now the inflammation and tenderness as kind spread over to the side, idk if its a second bump, or if whatever it is spread under my skin, or if its just swollen from continued irritation and me touching it. please help me... im scared...
