One week on Celexa after 3 years of being off. Brain is tingly and right side feels numb-ish

Is this normal? I think I am having every side affect in the book, drowsy, tired, confusion-ish, brain is tingling and massive pressure especially on the right side. Ears are tingly as well. Increasingly got worse over the past week and one day I have been back on 10mg. Definitely not 100% here mentally, fogged over.

Let me know - not sure if something more serious or my brain adjusting to the medication again after being off for 3 years. Thank you.
