One white spot on penis shaft

Hello I've had this one singular spot on the shaft of my penis for about 3 months now, maybe longer. It does not hurt, itch, or ooze at all. It feels like a slightly raised bump and appears white when the penis is flaccid but when stretch it seems to be more shiny and smooth. From what I can see I think it is under the skin but I can't be sure. I've be stressing myself out for the past week trying to figure out what it is. I'm 24 and I sexually active with protection. Only unprotect sex I've had was with my past girlfriend but this was after two clear STD checks although i never rule out possible STDsimageimage

    I have something similar on my shaft, but I never shown it to the doctors, my main issue is the dryness of the penis head and inner foreskin, honestly don't know if everything could be related. This white single spot looks like wart.
