Have ongoing experience with Anxiety and Depression, however starting in august i have had Shortness of Breath that will not go away. Its constant and gets worse with panic attacks.
Is constant shortness of breath something you have experienced with your anxiety? Help, i have been to multiple doctors that cant help me.

Hi Steph
I too went through a phase of shortness of breath with my anxiety. My heart beat was 136 bpm when I went to my doctor so he sent me to the hospital for a check up. They found nothing wrong, apart from anxiety. I had an echocardiogram and wore a heart monitor for 24 hours but it was anxiety. I had convinced myself it was my heart and was just making matters worse. That was two years ago and I don't get it anymore but I still get anxiety with palpitations.

Hi magnesium is great for anxiety and panic ,however , your vitamin D levels sound low , and your protein . All these if low will cause anxiety , ,shortness of breath ,to difficulty in breathing , stomach issues , along with fatigue .... What are all your symptoms ?

Yes ,steph ,you need to get your vitamin D levels checked , they are not usually in the blood lab protocol , you will have to request them be checked . A continuing cough , plus fatigue , tightness in the chest ,tension .. Etc . Do you get tensed in your back muscles as well ? Head pressure or brain fog ? Heavy legs ?

Most common place steph . A vitamin D deficiency can make you feel like death warmed over .. It carries so many symptoms , it is nothing short of torture ! But ,replenishing vitamin D can cure so many elements . Doctors that study patients going through a deficiency is now calling it a miracle supplement . Vitamin D isnt just vitamin it is a Pro Hormone that is vital fir your body , head to toe !

HI
I am in the same boat. Shortness of breath is killing me. Have had it for about a month now..mostly in the evenings after I eat dinner. Very worrisome and make my anxiety go through the roof. Now been diagnosed with high blood pressure too so I am constantly worrying about everything (heart too) although the cardiologist does not seem concerned. The shortness of breath really ruins everything. So hard to breath and chest is tight. I have 2 young girls and they are only getting half of their mom since the other half is in constant worry.
Isnt there something that can be done to stop this. I also think mine is related to hormones since I am almost 50. But nonetheless this is awful. I am sorry for all of us going through this.
