Ongoing back pain

Hi guys....I’ve been having back pains for years. Got so bad was refered to hospital and was found to a bulge on my disc l4/l5 area...had a lumbar discecomy in May 17 everything went well....but about 6 month later all the pin has come back if not worst....3 weeks ago my back went for no reason and during the night went into spasm for around 2 hrs and I’ll my docs did was give me more tablets to take...any advice on where to go from here ?

    The tablets I’m on are codine 30g naproxen 500mg and added diazepam 5mg  and can take paracetamol aswell if needed
