Ongoing bladder issues

For the last 4 months I've had ongoing issues with my bladder, i thought it was a uti with the usual symptoms, had multiple urine tests and none have confirmed it, one came back with red cells in it. I've had a few different courses if antibiotics and that hasn't helped, my symptoms have been peeing more frequently, burning when i pee and after, swollen lymph nodes in my groin area, occasional kidney pain and sometimes i get lower stomach ache with it all. My dr referred me to urology about 6 week's but with covid im not likely to be seen anytime soon and shes also referred me about 2 weeks ago for an ultrasound on my kidneys which also won't be likely to happen anytime soon. Im so stressed and dont know what to do
