Ongoing Chest Pain

Hey!

I'm sort of at a loss of what this is.

I've been having on/off chest pain for the last three years. It can last from 5 minutes to 40 - and each time it feels like a burning sensation in my chest, spreading out to my shoulderblades, neck & stomach. I can barely move during these moments, my mouth fills with saliva (I think a response to the pain).

Usually I wait these episodes out, I can't rub the pain out because it sets off pain in my shoulders. I had whooping cough 5 years ago where I sprained my chest so I'm worried it's started happening from not healing correctly. This usually happens at least once a week & can happen when I'm literally doing nothing like resting.

Any advice or know anything similar? Thanks
