Ongoing flare ups no diagnosis

so I've been having these flare up of symptoms since April 21 I end up in hospital, it starts with diarrhea vomiting severe abdominal pain rapid heart rate cold sweats shakes dizzyness confusion amd passing out, this happens every 2-3 weeks I'm on a strict diet and I've had a colonscopy blood tests, tablets for gastritis, ultrasounds and ct scans and still no answers. I have constant fatigue, and stomach pain, doctors tried giving me stuff for acid which I don't have, does anyone else suffer with this or know where I should go from here?
