Ongoing issues, losing sleep and pain in neck shoulders

Need some advice and wondering if GERD is at the root cause of issues I've been experiencing. I'm a woman, 52 and overweight - though I have lost weight within the last few years. For the past two years I've had worsening issues with GERD. I've had several tests run - heart tests (halter monitor, STRESS test, blood pressure tests and blood tests), I had an endoscope to see if there was any obstruction or other stuff going on, several lab works done, pap smear, mammogram, you name it. The most I've had clarified was it was GERD.
The issue is my symptoms seems to be worsening. Now I am starting menopause, so I'm wondering if that's the real cause of the symptoms I've been getting and GERD is a symptom of that. I'm also pre-diabetic.
What I've experienced with the last few years - shoulder and neck pain (sometimes quite severe with arthritis in my left shoulder predominately) and some back pain, distended upper stomach and when laying down I immediately hear the sounds of gurgling in stomach and then almost as immediately GERD flare ups which makes it so I have to often sleep upright and leads to back, neck and shoulder issues, I have a bone spur very obviously on my left foot top, lightheadedness, blurred or weakening vision (I have had this looked into too - they said I had a bump under my cornea but it seems to have gone away on its own), a very obvious feeling of soreness when lying on my back in bed - almost feeling as if the back of my head is flat and uncomfortable. I can't sleep on my side as it causes the heartburn flare ups. Sometimes I eat and get heartburn immediately or sometimes it can take two hours for it to show up. I've missed work and going out to enjoy things because of GERD or shoulder pain/neck pain flare ups. It's getting so I'm losing sleep and quality of life.
I need help. What should I do?
Thanks
Kim
