Ongoing pericarditis

hello ,I have been reading some of the information about pericarditis! !!this is such an awfull debilitating illness! !I have been experiencing pericarditis for almost 9 months! !! goes away and comes back! !recently episode has been over 4 weeks now,constant pain that radiates to my back, left arm,shoulder.Also breathless especially when lying down , VERY scary .Have had 5 A and E trips in 9 months! !Starting to feel worried that this could be something else ?
