Ongoing Shoulder Issues (Update-1)

Hi,
I'm posting an update from my previous discussion.
I've spoken to clinics and doctors about Prolotherapy or PRP injections and they agreed it's not what I need. PRP is for localized pain, which is problematic because the issue has spread globally, and you can't pin point an exact spot for pain relief. Prolotherapy I've done before and I haven't seen success, so it's suggested not to go down the same road. Clinical Research on both is very limited and not that great.
I'm doing a new therapy called MAT (Muscle Activation Technique). I have a master level trainer helping me. We're trying to get that shoulder to stabilize and be in a neutral resting position rather than drooping down and forward.
I've discussed this with a new orthopaedic doctor as well, he's been really kind and helpful and listened to what people had to say. He does not think the answer for my specific case is surgical, the MRI contrast is a very good imaging test, open to interpretation, and he's not seeing anything dramatically wrong with the shoulder that wouldn't allow it to function properly (yes there is a minor slap tear+ scar tissue). On exam strength is good, range of motion is good, there isn't much to discuss surgically.
That being said, there is still a massive amount of tension around the shoulder and neck, spreading all the way down to my lower back and hips. The spinal column, rib cage, hips and pelvis are twisting and tilting in order to accommodate for the shoulder.
Has anyone seen or heard or experienced anything like this before? Does anyone know of any specific type of health professionals I could visit to gather more information? Any help is appreciated.
I'm living close to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
All The Best,
Jp
