i have had a tear by my vagina leading to my anus for almost over a month now and im worried. i got checked out a month ago as well and my doctor said i was fine . im scared this is something worse than what it is. Please help . image

please don't worry. this looks like you have inadvertently scratched yourself either by scratching or shaving.
granted it is a pretty sore scratch. keep the area clean (as much as you can in that region)
apply cream and give it time to heal. believe me , i am in similar situations all the time with LS.

If you have had this for over a month I think you may have some underlying infection. Can you get some Canesten cream from your pharmacy containing Clotrimamzole?There may be a fungal infection involved. A non healing tear like this needs further investigation. Go back to your doctor if this hasnt healed by the time the Covid virus situation has resolved
