Ongoing testicle pai

Hi all. I've been reading the posts and don't know if its prostatits (?) I've been suffering with for the past 2 months. The 'pain' started just before Christmas 2014 and now feels like it's established itself and is not prepared to give up ! Predominetly it fluctuates between the left and right testicle; mostly residing towards the back of each one, and what feels like waves of burning, shooting/stabbing, twisting throughout the day. There doesn't seem to be a pattern/routine that I can identify to this. It's equally uncomfortable standing, sitting or lying down. My lower back aches as does my bum cheeks, and my abdominal area sends shooting sensations into my groin too. I'm totally fed up feeling like this; starting to feel quite low and hoping that this will end soon. I've been on a course of antibiotics for 4 weeks and pain meds, but haven't seen any improvement. I've had a prostate check (told normal), and am seeing the urology consultant this Friday for the results of blood tests an MRI scan I had last week. I've been in good health, have an active lifestyle and eat healthy. I had to take a couple of days off work because of this; peeing more than usual & stinging. I've got a pretty stressful job and a busy home life, but am laid back and this has knocked me sideways. I've seen my chriopactor as I thought it may be muscular but it hasn't helped. I've been trying to exercise and 'stretch', but nothing I try to help alleviate the symptoms seems to work. I've read the posts here and can see there is a lot suffering similar symptoms, which I'm sorry to hear. I try to block the pain by shutting it out but that's pretty impossible to do when it feels like electric shocks running through your pelvis. Sorry for the long post.

Saw the Consultant Urologist on Friday. Bloods & urine all clear; no infection/bacteria. MRI clear too, except for a lower disk 'leak' which is not showing as pressing on a nerve. Next steps: no more antibiotics, a bladder check (cystoscopy), blood check (psa), then pain management referral. I've seen no improvement with symptoms.

My pains hit right out of the blue. Exactly how you describe. Told all normal but the pains say ... Ah, yeah right!!! Not Normal and healthy right? My pains never let go. As you describe but mine included the holding, like the hand of the devil grabbing squeezing and NEVER let go until they were both removed. This is drastic I know, yet was the only cure for my particular case. They said I had a high chance of having worse pains once my right one was removed not willing to give the patient (me) the chance for a pain free life of which I am proudly happy to be. I would seek out a sexual reproductive organ specialist through urology. Have your Dr. Contact Dr. Hsieh my last surgeon. I donated my right one to Science for the stem cell research students at UCSD to discover what they may. I gave him permission to share my story not sure if he will need me to give it in writing. Everything still works
