Ongoing Testicular issue

Hello ive had an issue with my right testicle now for about 10 year's every time i go in with the same issues, an "uneasy feeling" in my testicle that i can feel in my lower back lower right groin. its the oddest feeling it isn't painful but not quite right.

I have 6-7 exams by a doctor

5 years or so ago i had an ultrasound - nothing but cysts

now the doctors keep telling me its Epididymitis and me give me antibiotics - they do nothing... same feeling same oddness every single day

any ideas?

Hi, I'm sure others will chime in, the best advice is to follow the 'Has anyone had Microsurgical Denervation' thread and post in there. The pain and odd feeling you are experiencing is symptomatic of my issues and LOTS of others in this group.

There are a lot of intricate nerves down in that area, so if the get disrupted due to infection or injury of sort, sometimes they never recover and present the issues you are experiencing. My pain is in my lower back, groin, hip areas, testicles which pushes pain onto pudendal, perineal and dorsal nerves , the latter of which goes into the penis.

Also, it's easy for a doctor to say it's Epididymitis, but I repeatedly prescribing antibiotics isn't the answer... This comes from someone who took a GP's advice and made the situation worse due to the drugs weakening my immunity.

Nerve blocks 'may' be your answer - perhaps in your lower back and also cords in your scrotum. But, refer to the thread I mentioned above - there are a number of regulars posting updates in there. 😃
