Ive had a rash under my nose for over one month. It is starting to spread to my cheeks and chin. It isnt dry skin. It sometimes gets a little like scales and bumpy. I have tried hydrocortisone cream but nothing works. Any idea what it is?

looks like an allergic reaction? do you wax your upper lip or have you been drinking something out of the ordinary?
only other thing i can think of is it could be cold sores

If hydrocortisone cream doesnt work its not an allergic reaction. It could be an infection of some sort but you should see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
