Ongoing upper right abdominal discomfort and nausea

I would like to start saying i am currently seeing NHS and private specialists however it seems after 2 months they are struggling to find the root of the problem.

Issue

Discomfort and sometimes painful under right rib area which is usually accompanied by nausea but not vomiting. Started in early October a week after moving into a new property. At first it was intermittent and i could aggreivate whatever it is by bending over to a low table for example which felt a burning ache in under the right rib. This would make me feel sick and ill.

Around December the problem became more frequent with it making me not want to go out. until late december where it gave me a few days restbite it seemed but so was very sutle and still there.

I have kept a food diary since November and tried various Gluten free and dairy free diets without much luck.

I had an ultrasound on upper abdomen which was all clear. I had a ct scan with contrast dye which showed no problems. Although i felt pretty good on the day so im worried nothing showed due to this!

Bloodtests showed a very low lipsase and amalasyes levels which the doctor was not worried about.

Other bloodtest for liver showed a slightly raised ALT level which a gastro specialist thinks could be the start of fatty liver disease but doesnt think its causing my issues.

Today i am on a low fodmap diet however im sure this is not going to help. it would be intresting to see what you guys think?

Regards

Austin
