Online appointment with Professor Bunker?

I have been suffering from a form of balanitis for the past 2.5 years. I've seen both my family doctor and a dermatologist who haven't been able to diagnose it. My penis glans is red, shiny, wrinkly with occasional peeling, although there is no smegma. I've tried a multitude of creams and ointments with little success, e.g. Lamisil, Clotrimazole, Ketozanole, etc.

The dermatologist thinks it could be zoon's balanitis and has prescribed Mupirocin. If that doesn't work, my family doctor recommends that I have a biopsy done.

I'd like to explore all options prior to proceeding with a biopsy. Reading all these posts, it sounds like Professor Bunker in the UK is highly recommended. Does anyone know whether he does on-line consultations? (at my cost - I'm located in Canada)

I was thinking of sending him pictures, and then having a follow-up phone or video call with him to get his thoughts? Is that an option?
